User Management

User Management in Qualis ERP lets small and mid-sized manufacturers create, review and control every account that signs in, from the office to the shop floor. A manufacturing business has planners, buyers, inspectors and operators who each need a different slice of the system, and access that is too broad or out of date is a real risk. There are no fixed roles. Access is built from granular permissions, each one an action on one kind of record, such as reading products or creating inspections. A person can be marked Org admin, which grants every permission, including for modules installed later. Effective access is a user's direct permissions plus those of every team they belong to. Each account has a status (Active, Inactive or Archived), a profile with phone, job title and time zone, and a last login date. Email is the login and cannot be changed. People are never deleted: removing someone from the organization archives their membership, keeps every record that points to them, and can be undone in one click. Administrators use it every week. A new inspector starts on Monday: the admin creates the account or sends an invitation, ticks the inspection permissions, picks an office or operator seat, and the person signs in. The members list can be searched, filtered by column, exported to CSV or Excel, and filled from a CSV file with a row by row preview. Large imports run in the background. User Management works with Members, which sends email invitations, and with Teams, which shares permissions across groups. Seat changes made on the members list update the subscription in Platform Billing, and membership changes are recorded in Audit Logs.
