Navigation in Qualis ERP is the set of tools for moving around the ERP: the Apps page, the sidebar and a command palette that searches pages, records and actions at once. People reach the right screen in seconds and only see the areas they are allowed to use. Users land on the Apps page, with one tile per app such as Sell, Make, Buy, Stock, Quality, Maintain and Admin, and come back to it from anywhere with the grid button or Ctrl M. Inside an app, the sidebar lists only that app's areas, under group headings that fold away. A filter box narrows the menu as you type, the [ and ] keys collapse and expand the sidebar, and favorites and group order can be personalized. A Recent section keeps the records you opened last. Ctrl K or Cmd K opens the command palette: before you type it offers quick create actions and every page you can open, and as you type it returns matching records tagged by area, create actions and pages. Theme (light, dark or system) and language (English or French) switch from the bottom of the sidebar and apply straight away. Everyone uses it all day. A buyer presses Ctrl K, types a supplier name and lands on the record. A supervisor goes back to the order opened ten minutes ago from Recent. Every installed module registers its pages, searchable fields and create actions with Navigation, so a newly installed module shows up in the Apps page, the sidebar and the palette without extra setup. Entries are filtered by the permissions granted in User Management, and each user's preferences are saved to their account.
