Notifications

Notifications in Qualis ERP is the bell in the top bar that tells each user when something needs their attention, without them going to look for it. On a busy site, a missed assignment or a lot about to expire turns into a late order or a scrapped batch, so the alert has to reach the right person. Other modules publish events, and Notifications turns them into messages for the right recipients: a task or NCR assigned to you, an inspection assigned, completed or failed, a CAPA owner or investigator assignment, a verification request, an NCR approval request, a supplier approval decision, low or depleted stock, a lot quarantined, expired or expiring soon, and engineering change orders applied or rejected. Each notification shows a type icon, a title, a short summary, the related record reference and a relative time. The red badge counts unread items and updates on its own. Repeats of the same alert on the same record are merged into one unread notification with an occurrence count instead of flooding the list. Clicking a notification opens the record and marks it as read, the Unread filter hides what you have seen, and Mark all as read clears the rest. A preferences page lets each user mute notification sounds or set their volume. Every user has it. An inspector sees a new inspection assigned, a buyer sees a supplier approval decision, a storekeeper sees a low stock alert before the line runs short. Events come from Tasks, Non-Conformance Reports, CAPA, Inspections, Inventory Levels, Lots / Serial Numbers and Suppliers Management, and mentions come from Comments. Notifications are kept per user within each organization.
