Audit Logs

Qualis ERP's Audit Logs give small and mid-sized manufacturers a read-only audit trail of who did what, to which record, when and from which IP address, across the whole organization. For a manufacturer preparing for customer audits or a quality certification review, it is the evidence that changes to parts, suppliers, orders and quality records can be traced. Entries are written automatically on the server whenever a user creates, updates, deletes, restores, imports or exports a record. Nobody creates an entry by hand, and nobody can edit or delete one, not even through the API. Each row shows the action as a colored badge, the entity type, the record's name, the person who performed it (with a link to their profile, or the system account for automatic work), the IP address and the timestamp. Filters cover action, entity type, entity name, user and date range. Active filters appear as removable chips, and the filtered view is kept in the URL so it can be bookmarked or shared. The list loads more entries as you scroll, and users with the export permission can download selected entries. Quality managers and administrators use it when preparing an audit, investigating an unexpected change, or checking what happened to a record over a given period. Every record's History tab, shown in the Comments panel, reads the same trail for that one record, with the old and new value of each changed field. Restores made from a record's version history are logged as well, and the Recent Activity feed on the Dashboard is built from these entries. Users come from User Management.
