Organization Settings

Organization Settings in Qualis ERP is the single page where an administrator decides how the ERP looks and which company facts it works from. It gathers branding, currency and company profile in one form with a live preview, so the app carries your own brand on every screen. Branding covers a display name, shown in place of the registered name, and a logo in PNG, JPG or SVG. The theme sets four colors (primary, secondary, accent and neutral), a font family among Outfit, Inter, Roboto, Open Sans and Montserrat, paragraph and heading sizes, and three corner radii. Currency settings hold the base currency every amount is reported in, plus automatic exchange rates on a Daily, Weekly or Manual schedule. The base currency locks once the first purchase order, sales order, NRC or scrap order exists, because every stored amount is priced in it. The business profile records team size, country, interface language, company phone and a default time zone that each member can override. A navigation style setting picks how everyone moves around the app. Invalid values turn red before you save, and nothing applies until you click Save settings. Only organization administrators and platform staff can change these settings, while other members can read them. Most companies visit the page once during setup, then come back when the logo, the brand colors or the company details change. The Setup wizard writes its answers here, so this is where you change them later. Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Non-Conformance Reports and Scrap Orders are priced in the base currency, which must exist in Currencies. The country chosen here decides which legal identifiers your invoices ask for in Invoicing.
