Clients Management

Qualis ERP's Clients Management module keeps the customer master file of small and mid-sized manufacturers: every company, individual, government body or non-profit they sell to, with its contacts, billing identity, default currency and the products it buys. You create a client once and Qualis reuses it on sales orders, invoices, inspections and quality cases, so sales, finance and quality all read the same record. Each client gets an automatic code such as CLI-00046, a status (prospect, active, on hold or inactive) and a type. New clients start as prospects. Beyond email, phone, website and address, a client can hold a structured billing address, a VAT number, a company registration number, a Moroccan ICE, a default payment term, the language used on documents sent to it, a credit limit and a credit hold flag. You can link the products it buys, attach a logo and contracts, and add custom attributes as your own key and value pairs. A client already used elsewhere cannot be deleted, deleted clients go to the trash first, and every change is kept in a version history you can restore from. Sales and customer service teams use it every day to find an account, update its status and import customer lists from CSV, with large imports running as background jobs. Sales Orders and Invoicing take their customer, currency and billing data from this record, and a sales order cannot be confirmed for a client on credit hold without an override. Default currencies come from Currencies, files go to Document Management, and when CRM pipeline is installed each client can have an account owner and a parent account.
