Customer pricing

With Customer pricing in Qualis ERP, small and mid-sized manufacturers set what each customer pays through price lists and pricing rules, and map customers' own part numbers to their products. It replaces the spreadsheet of negotiated prices that only one person in sales can read, and the guesswork when a buyer orders by their reference instead of yours. A price list has a currency, a validity window and an audience: one client, a group of countries, or everyone, with a single default list for the whole catalogue. Its rules start from the product's sales price, its cost or another list. Each rule targets a product, a product category or everything, and computes a fixed price, a percentage discount or a cost-plus markup, with an optional extra fee, a rounding policy, quantity bands, minimum and maximum margins and a price per unit of measure. When several rules match, the most specific one wins and prices are never blended. A rule in another currency than the document returns no price instead of converting silently. A preview shows what a rule produces before you save it. Sales administrators and pricing managers maintain the lists. A sales rep sees the result while typing a line: the agreed customer price arrives on its own, and typing the customer's reference on a quotation line finds the matching product. Customer part numbers carry a revision, a description, a unit and a barcode, and can be imported from CSV. Customer pricing builds on Clients Management and Products Management, uses Units of Measure and Currencies, and supplies prices to Sales Orders and Quotations, where the customer's reference also prints on the quotation.
