Members

Members in Qualis ERP lets an administrator invite people into the organization by email, with their access decided before they ever sign in. It replaces shared passwords and accounts created by hand for every new hire, and gives a clear record of who was invited, by whom and when. An invitation records an email address, a role (Member, limited to the permissions you select, or Organization admin, with full access), a seat class (Office or Operator) and optional teams. New members start with read-only permissions that you widen as needed, and an operator seat only reaches shop floor permissions. Qualis emails a secure link and also shows it once on screen so you can copy it into a chat. Each invitation has one of four statuses: Pending, Accepted, Revoked or Expired. A link is valid for 7 days. Resending issues a fresh link, disables the old one and restarts the 7 days. Revoking cancels a pending invitation, and the record stays in the list for reference. The invited person opens the link and sees who invited them. Without an account, they enter a first name, last name and password, then join. With an existing account, they accept and the organization is added to it. Administrators work from the Invitations tab, where quick filters for each status and an email search answer the daily question of who still has not joined. Members relies on User Management, where accepted invitees appear as members, and on Teams, which it fills when the invitation is accepted. Notifications tells the sender when someone accepts, and every sent, accepted and revoked invitation is published as an event for the rest of the platform.
