About this module
Write to a contact from the client, the opportunity, the quotation or the case you are looking at. The reply comes back onto that same record through a signed Reply-To address, so nothing is lost in a personal inbox. Templates with merge tokens and fallbacks, snippets typed after a slash, one opt-out register shared with every channel, and an honest rule: opens are not tracked.
