Inventory Levels

Qualis ERP's Inventory Levels module shows small and mid-sized manufacturers real-time stock for every product at every storage location, split into on hand, reserved and available quantities. It answers the question planners and salespeople ask all day: how much do we have, where is it, and how much is already promised. Nobody types these numbers. Every stock move recorded in Qualis creates or updates the matching level, kept separately per lot or serial number and expressed in the product's inventory unit. Sales orders, manufacturing orders and maintenance orders reserve stock, so available is what remains once reservations are set aside. Stock in a quality-hold or quarantine bin stays on hand but is never offered to sales or production. A scheduled sweep checks that levels, reservations and the stock move history still agree. Each level shows a health dot, its last movement and its last count date. Quick filters isolate low stock, zero stock, reserved stock and stale stock that has not moved in 30 days. The detail page charts the three quantities over 7 days to a year and lists the moves behind the current figure. Warehouse leads and planners start the day on the Low Stock worklist, where each shortage row can raise a purchase order, a manufacturing order or an adjustment. Notifications go out when a product runs out, drops to low stock or is restocked. Levels are fed by Stock Moves and organized by Warehouses and Storage Locations. Products and Storage Locations pages show their own stock, Inventory Adjustments and Cycle Counts correct the figures, and Lots / Serial Numbers adds batch detail.
