Sales Agreements lets a supplier run the framework contracts its volume customers sign: committed quantities per line that never consume stock availability, weekly call-off releases marked firm or planned, a sales order generated exactly once per firm release, an over-release refused with the line and the quantity left, and cumulative required versus shipped balances that survive a model-year reset.
