Sales Orders

Qualis ERP's Sales Orders module lets small and mid-sized manufacturers record each customer order, with its products, quantities, prices, discount, tax, shipping and delivery address. It takes an order from draft to delivered and connects the commercial promise to the stock and production needed to keep it, the core of make-to-stock and make-to-order manufacturing. Each order receives an automatic number such as SO-00046 and starts as a draft, where nothing is reserved. Confirming it reserves the stock the lines need and, for make-to-order items, raises the purchase orders or manufacturing orders that will supply them. If stock is short, the order stays a draft and lists what is missing. When an approval rule applies, confirmation waits for sign-off. Deliveries are recorded line by line, with a lot or serial pick for tracked products, and the order moves to partially delivered and then delivered on its own. Cancelling releases the reservations. Line prices come from the product or from customer price lists, and an invoicing status shows how much has been billed. Sales administrators enter and confirm orders, follow them in a table, grid or Kanban view, and use the To invoice quick filter. Warehouse staff record each shipment as it leaves. Orders draw customers from Clients Management and items from Products Management. Make-to-order lines link to Purchase Orders and Manufacturing Orders, and Qualis sends a notification when one of them is cancelled or rescheduled. Finished goods that pass final inspection in Inspections are reserved for the order. Invoicing bills orders by ordered or delivered quantity, Customer pricing supplies negotiated prices, and confirmation is blocked for a client on credit hold unless an authorized user overrides it.
