Dashboard

Qualis ERP's Dashboard is the home screen where people at small and mid-sized manufacturers see what needs their attention today, across purchasing, sales, production, inventory and quality. It replaces the morning round of opening every list. At the top, a strip of key counts (open NCRs, pending CAPAs, low stock items, pending approvals, open purchase orders, open sales orders) links each number to the list behind it. Below it, the What needs me today queue sorts the user's own work into Late, Due today and On track, drawn from approvals, manufacturing orders, purchase orders and sales orders. Each row offers one next step: an approval can be approved or rejected right there, the others open the screen where you receive, ship or act. Critical Alerts list overdue CAPAs, low stock and expiring lots, most serious first. Recent Activity shows who created, updated, deleted or restored which record, and Quick Actions start the records you create most often. The data refreshes every minute. A separate Reporting page holds the NCR trend, NCRs by category and inventory by warehouse, with a period selector from Today to Last 12 months kept in the URL. Plant managers, quality leads, buyers and planners open it first thing in the morning. Everything respects permissions: a count, alert or shortcut only appears if the user may see that data and the related module is installed. It reads from Non-Conformance Reports, CAPA, Inventory Levels, Approval Workflows, Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Inspections, Products Management, Inventory Adjustments and Audit Logs when they are installed. Other modules add their own panels, such as Manufacturing Orders with order status, work in process and material shortages.
