Introduction

Qualis is a cloud based ERP for discrete manufacturing. It brings quality control, inventory, traceability, purchasing, sales, and compliance together in one modular platform, so the data you capture in one place is instantly useful everywhere else.

Who Qualis is for

Qualis is built for manufacturers who have outgrown spreadsheets but do not want a rigid, industry specific suite. It works for make to stock (MTS) and make to order (MTO) operations alike, and you turn on only the capabilities your operation actually needs.

How the platform fits together

Every capability in Qualis is delivered as a module. A module owns one area of your operation, such as products, inventory levels, or non conformance reports. Modules are grouped into larger apps that form a complete workflow.

An "app" is a set of modules that together make an area of the business work. An inventory app, for example, needs products, warehouses, storage locations, and stock moves.

You decide which modules are active from the marketplace, and the rest of the platform adapts automatically: navigation, search, and permissions all update to match what you have enabled.
