Create your account, set up your first organization, and find your way around.

This guide walks you through your first few minutes in Qualis: creating an account, setting up an organization, and enabling the modules you need.
Create your account
Open the registration page and sign up with your work email. After you verify your email address, you will be prompted to create your first organization.
Set up your organization
An organization is the container for everything you do in Qualis: your data, your members, and your installed modules. During setup you will:
- Name your organization.
- Choose your base currency and locale.
- Invite your first teammates (optional, you can do this later).
Once created, you land on your dashboard. The organization you are currently working in is shown in the top bar, and you can switch between organizations at any time.
Enable your first modules
New organizations start lean. Head to the Marketplace to browse available modules and enable the ones your operation needs.
A typical starting point for an inventory workflow is:
| Module | What it gives you |
|---|---|
| Products | Your catalog of items, with units, packaging, and classification |
| Warehouses | Physical sites that hold stock |
| Storage Locations | Bins and zones inside a warehouse |
| Stock Moves | The ledger of every inventory movement |
As soon as a module is enabled, it appears in the sidebar, the command palette, and global search.
Find your way around
The fastest way to move around Qualis is the command palette. Press the shortcut below from anywhere:
